Steps

Open Paint Shop Pro

Click Import

" Custom Brush

Find the file

Click on "Add All" and it will add them to your current brush list.

when you click on the brush icon all of your brushes load together in a scroll box at the top. Just click on the arrow and scroll down to view, pick and use your brushes.
